We
are committed to
respecting your personal space and making your visit a positive
experience. We will explain to you what our training will allow us to
do.
Our
office hours are by appointment only.
Your first appointment will be longer than others in order to process
the necessary forms. We will take emergency appointments if they don't
interfere with sessions already scheduled.
If
this is your first visit,
please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out a medical
history, including medications you are taking. We will discuss with
you the type of massage you are expecting. At that time we will also
discuss our draping methods, and oils and creams you would prefer. In
fairness to other clients, we attempt to maintain an on-time
appointment policy. We regret that late arrivals will not recieve an
extensioin, and will be responsible for full service fees.
If
you have been given a gift certificate
or card, you must bring it with you at the time of your appointment.
Gift cerfificates and cards are good for six months from the date of
purchase.
Our
cancellation policy: We will allow one cancellation with no charge each
calendar year. If you notify us 24 hours in advance of your
appointment, there will be no
charge. Referral fees will be applied to your next
session. Fees will be due on the day of your session. We accept cash
and check with proper identification.
Both client and the massage therapist have the right to decline service
if we determine that it is not appropriate to give a massage for any
reason. |
